(Жиль Robert de Vaugondy, 1688?1766) ? французский географ. Составил: "G eographie sacrè e et historique de l'Аnсien et du Nouveau Testament" (1747), "Usage des globes celeste et terrestre" (1752), "Petit Atlas" (1748), "Atlas universel" (1758), "Atlas portatif" (1762).

Сын его, Дидье (1723?1786), также был географом. Сочинения его: "Essai sur l'histoire de la g e ographie" (1755; перепечатано в "Atlas universel" Р.-отца), "Tablettes parisiennes" (1760, с планом г. Парижа), "Cosmographie" (1763), "Institutions g eographiques" (1766), "Atlas de la France et de l'Europe" (1785).
